About Us
History
Magneto Power's roots go back to 1915. Originally, the company provided electrical repair service for magnetos, generators, starters and batteries. The company gradually became more involved in automobile parts and in 1933 we signed our first contract with Briggs & Stratton to sell their line of automotive oil filters. One year later, we signed another contract with them to distribute air-cooled engines and service parts.
Today
Magneto Power is a wholesale distributor of outdoor power equipment and replacement parts. We provide sales support, customer service, training and education to Servicing Dealers, Manufacturers, Mass Merchants, and Trade Accounts. We have several facilities which are located in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Texas and Oregon. Our three distribution centers cover the following states:
